Leadline President and Founder Chris Cadieux grew up watching his father, Chester Cadieux II, build a regional store chain into the nationwide, billion-dollar company QuikTrip Corporation is today.
Chris has sought to apply his father’s leadership lessons to his work, including his time as QuikTrip’s Director of Advertising. Family circumstances gave Chris the opportunity to retire and join the Board of Directors in 2013.
He quickly discovered retirement didn’t suit him and spent as much time as he could talking about marketing and growing businesses with his colleagues.
In conversations with friend and marketing agency owner Dan Winders, they recognized an innovative opportunity: refine Tulsa business marketing by focusing on clients’ conversions and maximizing their return on investment (ROI) via an outcomes focus.
From this, Leadline Performance Marketing was born and launched in 2020.
Blending decades of advertising and sales experience with creative problem-solving and a resilient outlook, Chris and Dan helped Leadline’s first clients leverage digital marketing to offset pandemic setbacks. As business owners,their expertise and success in Tulsa business marketing launched Leadline to help grow businesses across the United States.
Chief Operating Officer Sarah Jordan was among the first employees at Leadline as a senior account executive. Because of her ability to make good decisions and her strategic mind, she rose through the ranks to second in command.
