LeadLine Marketing (“LeadLine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit leadlinemarketing.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

In the prior 12 months we may have collected the following categories: identifiers (name, email, IP), commercial/inquiry information, and internet activity (usage data).

8. Your Rights (EU/UK — GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability and to withdraw consent. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers out of the EEA/UK.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
